Don't changing anything in treatment to animals, nor solving the problem with sterelization, Kyiv city administration is going to kill everyone: both stray sterilized and unsterilized animals, just to make the profit on furthcoming Euro-2012. Instead of being shooted or poisoned (as in 2009) thay all suspected to be murdered in common type shelters, which is the first ( № 1 ) mainly enterprisers of producing money from captiving animals.
